Horizon Europe - Draft Work Programmes 2026-2027

Anticipate Your Participation in Horizon Europe: Drafts of the 2026–2027 Work Programme Are Gradually Becoming Available on the European Commission's Transparent Comitology Register Website

The 2026–2027 work programme is currently under discussion within the various programme committees. Its official publication is scheduled for the end of 2025.

A major new development compared to the preparation process for the 2025 work programme: the European Commission (EC) has committed to providing ongoing access to intermediate draft versions of the 2026–2027 work programme—currently under discussion—via its transparent Comitology Register website.
It is important to note that these drafts are still in development, not yet finalized, and subject to change until their official publication at the end of 2025.
Nevertheless, these drafts will be very useful to the entire research and innovation community, enabling them to anticipate and prepare effectively for calls for proposals as soon as they are published.
The list below will be regularly updated with versions of the various drafts available on the EC's Comitology Register website.
