  • What do I do with the receipts and invoices of my research expenses?

    Any purchase or request for refund of expenses should be made through the "Bar-Net" system. Only in this orderly manner can you pay / receive a refund. In addition, it is recommended that the original invoices and receipts be kept in a dedicated binder if they are required to be presented to the financing body.

    The retrieval of relevant Calls for Proposals for researchers is based on the keywords that each researcher provides. If some of the resulting Calls for Proposals do not fit into your research areas, you should choose more precise keywords.
