Manage an Award

As the Principal Investigator (PI), you have ultimate responsibility for the scientific and fiscal management of the project. This responsibility includes managing the project within funding limitations, and notifying the sponsor of any significant project status changes. We wish to emphasize that although you may delegate day-to-day financial management to administrative staff, accountability for compliance with BIU policy, government regulations, and sponsor requirements ultimately rests with you!

During the performance of your project, our Post-Award Team with review project costs, salaries paid, and time expended. As appropriate, we will establish sub-award accounts, and monitor all interim financial and scientific reporting.
